Yummy Potato Casserole

2 lbs hash browns (thawed, used 1 lb 14oz bag shredded hash browns)
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt sour cream
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
6 slices of cooked bacon (diced)
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Mix butter, soup, sour cream, cream cheese, onion powder, salt, pepper, and half of grated cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Add potatoes and stir thoroughly.
  4. Spread in greased 9″ x 13″ casserole dish, cover top evenly with remaining cheese, and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
  5. Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes.
