- Ingredients
- 2 lbs hash browns (thawed, used 1 lb 14oz bag shredded hash browns)
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 6 slices of cooked bacon (diced)
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- Directions

- Preheat oven to 350°
- Mix butter, soup, sour cream, cream cheese, onion powder, salt, pepper, and half of grated cheese in a large bowl.
- Add potatoes and stir thoroughly.
- Spread in greased 9″ x 13″ casserole dish, cover top evenly with remaining cheese, and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes.
